as a NR i paid for licenses for many years, but the landowners now want to void their contracts, cut the CRP and keep the money from enrollment. why would i want to keep paying for nothing? i can imagine a lot of residents feel the same way. the guys that like to hunt put up with the same...

i just object to double dipping if they cut the CRP for any reason they should not get paid, period.

as usual, government programs (officials) don't want you to know the details. boycott license sales now, you won't be missing anything, anyway. go to a preserve for your dog work.

it won't take long for the NR's to figure it out, license sales and empty parking lots will bust KDWP in the nuts. even the deer hunters will see the problem as well.

SD needs to start investing in permanent habitat, letting farmers scalp CRP and paying them as well is just wrong.
