I got this bird on public land out of a cedar shelter belt during the big snow storm in South Dakota last year. This thing was a beast and had like 3/4” long spurs. My Kay girl brought it back to me and I knew it had to be mounted. I finally got it back last week.

If anyone is looking for a really good pheasant soup then here you go. I cook my pheasant in a crock pot all day the day before in chicken broth. Then I shred it up and just follow the directions on this soup mix. It is legit and heats up well for left overs.

Gross- I have both the Masai Mara and the Gordion and I honestly prefer the Gordion. Having shot both a lot, it would be hard to justify the extra money. Just my 2 cents.
