In Texas, Beginning of September was so green and overgrown. The doves didn’t arrive/really fly good till end of September…. Everything was behind this year.

Birds were the same as last year-which is good. The cover was definitely impacted by the drought though. Alot of what was left , got mowed/baled too(including cattails). Could be used to your advantage....

Kansas was sitting @ 84% as of 2 days ago. SD was at 64 %...I'm going to go out on a limb, the state as a whole is probably sitting at 75 % ish.....
