    Sub-Zero Temps Worth The Trip?

Often I disparage my Setter’s turbo hunt speed but she’s good in the house and truck. Very durable. Listens well and great with people and dogs. And she just loves to go hunt. Man if I could just downshift her out of road gear and get her to find down birds…

    Dogs over 10

My 9 yr old female setter still setting fields on fire at Mach 3. Go all day every day nary a limp to ever check her speed. Even considered a weight vest but reckon it will just make her faster. Now leaning towards weed gummies or some such but that will just give new meaning to “far out...

    Antique road show

Sweet, but I don’t shoot Damascus. Oldest gun I shoot is a 1905 Fox. Love the RST 2.5”paper shells for it but they’re always sold out. Picked up some B&P classic upland meantime and they’re ok but they don’t smell like paper. My son shoots a 20g Lefever made in ‘25, it handles like a pool...

    Looking for a New O/U

Never shot at game of any kind and felt any recoil at all. I fully admit that any and all o/u reek of Gucci. And also anything made after 1980.

    Hunting accident in Harvey County

They’re not inherently safer. Just easier to load and unload, making crossing fences, in and out of vehicles, laying gun down around dogs, easier and quicker and hence more likely to be done with an unloaded gun.
