    This is an Instict L..........may have bought it before they came out with the SL Thank you for that. They list the "L" at 7.0 lbs with a 28" barrel. The gun I have listed has a 26" barrel. Not sure where that puts the gun weight wise but must be less that 7 lbs.

    That is a good question. I use it in SD and carried it all day. I'm not aware of the difference in gun weights for the same model but I will try to get you that answer. I would imagine the weight difference is in the receiver?
