Spayed and Neutered dogs cannot be AKC titled (field or show) other that the junior, senior, master hunter titles ??

They can be obedience and agility titled for sure as I have done that. I guess I also have hunt tested a neutered dog. I’m sure a neutered dog can’t be shown in a confirmation ring, otherwise they can be shown in different venues.

The more I am in the Lab game the more I see dual and triple titled Labs. Mind you, I am 99% looking at it from the Pointing Lab world and those breeders. My boy is titled in AKC and APLA. His dad was the same, and the mom was APLA only. Some of the major breed studs are AKC, APLA, and HRC titled.

Generally speaking a dual titled dog is one that has a confirmation championship (CH) and a field championship (FC or AFC). In the lab world these are unicorns as the breed is so severely split.

My Ty dog has AKC (HT, FT, and obedience titles), a UKC HT title and NAHRA upland title. But he would not be considered a dual champion.

Altered dogs are eligible to run and title in all AKC, NAHRA, and HRC events. I don't know about AKC confirmation shows, I am very far removed from that venue.
