I have two Drahts. Second one came from Lona Kluck in Watertown SD. well known highly respected Draht Breeder. Great dog!!!

I have 2 Drahts, two different breeders. First one is an older female (11). She is smaller (55 lbs), slick coated and an excellent hunter. Was always on the hunt until the last couple of years, she has slowed down. Is in good shape, still hunts effectively and has not one sharp or protective...

Thought everyone had stopped doing that after realizing Cedar (Juniper) was of little value to pheasants, invasive and spreads like wildfire.

Would like to second that request. Keep hearing good things about Nebraska. Gotta start somewhere. Thinking it might be little warmer than SD in December. I have dogs but am looking for a reference to get started. Thanks in advance for any help.

would not be optimal from the boating/river perspective. Could be 15 degrees with a blizzard. if you are coming from a long ways away and have specific dates might be better planning for next year
