Wild Turkey Fajitas

Got a wild turkey breast in the freezer that's going to be fajita meat this weekend. Anybody have favorite spices and preps they like for fajita meat? Could use some ideas.

How were your fajitas? I was hoping somebody would post up a recipe to give me some ideas for our next turkey, but no such luck. Hope yours turned out .

Turned out pretty good. Used McCormick fajita mix which was all healthy ingredients and tasty; quite strong too. Slow cooked the wild turkey in the oven in broth before putting it in a skillet to blend in the fajita mix, water, and oil.
