State of Iowa for the week ending Sunday October 19. Corn harvested for grain 19% average 53%. Beans harvested 61% average 77%.

The late harvest should help some roosters make it through the weekend. More for late season.

Harvest is too large for storage capacity. Lot of crops will stay in the field for a long time.

New USDA numbers in Iowa for the week ending Sunday November 2nd. Corn harvested for grain 61% average 75%. Northwest region 81%

Just returned from Eagle Grove - Clarion - Woolstock area. Most corn has been harvested. Saw a lot of corn standing in NE and NC parts of the state while coming and going.
