Just spent the last 2 days out west. Took my kids fishing and spent time outside. In the evenings we drove and looked for pheasants. I'm not a farmer but I will say the wheat did not look good. I hope for some rain for the birds and the farmers. I've never seen so many bare fields at this time of year. We did see 10 roosters and 3 hens. Where there was green cover we were able to see some roosters. I did notice no bugs either. Minimal on the front of my truck. We will see what happens.
