After that LONG opening weekend and not a bird to be had, I felt my pups deserved a sure thing for all their hard work!
Auer Bird Valley was the place and Steve once again took care of us! :cheers: I have got to say, his birds are the best flying birds I have ever found at a preserve! :thumbsup:
It could not have felt any more like a wild hunt if I was out in the wilds somewhere! Awesome stuff for sure!
Of course I was missing or the pups jumping the roosters out of gun range, but I did manage a couple of longtails and a few hens.

. I have gone out to Auer several times training my dogs or to take some noobs out pheasant hunting. It is a good place to go.
