Tender legs and easy skinning

Not much terribly new in this video, but the part about getting the tendons out of the legs was news to me, and definitely something that I will try in the future.

Informative video! Thanks for sharing:thumbsup: I've always wanted to be able to get those tendons out. I guess it never occurred to me that it could be done so easily.
