a setter finally did it. on about feb. 22, shadow oak bo, a male setter won the big deal at the ames plantation at grand junction tenn. a male setter competing against what is probably another 38 of he best dogs this country can produce. if my memory serves me right, the last setter that won was johnny crockett about 50 years ago. this is a pretty big deal for the setter owner's as the pointers have dominated it nearly forever.
