here is a pic. of my bogey, will be 15 in another month, a pretty independent dog most all of his life. never saw him sit in someone's lap before, hog the couch maybe. could be he was after that glass of my peach wine i just had bottled. but then again maybe he is getting just like me

poor ol' bogey

took bogey to kansas to help be find some turkey, mostly he slept. saw a rooster standing in the middle of a farm road, a fence line but almost no cover. years ago he would have seen it out of the windshield, today, i had to wake him up. he saw it, let him out of the truck and he got lost, didn't remember which way he saw the bird. i got out and gave him the command, got him back on tract, that lasted about 30 yds and he lost it again. bird never flew, he never found it either. bogey will be 15 next month and has been involved in over 2000 wild birds and there he was. it's that age thing again, hope i miss it
