Coming to Kansas this week. If we were to get .25 inches of rain, how long before the roads would be passable for rear wheel drive pickups? .50 inches?

Just an FYI....a lot of the roads are impassable with 4X4 also. They're just dirt roads, no base.
 
It depends on sun and wind and how much rainfall . I would say a couple days of sunshine and wind and you are good to go.

Or park on Rock or surfaced Rd and hike back in to your spot , I done this a couple times when there wasn't many options .
 
Stay safe out there...Just watched a Tornado go by Grainfield on I-70 some damage.. Looks like a big one just South and West of Dodge right now, headed towards Dodge City. Be safe boys...
