Questions wardens get...

A friend that works for a state fish and game agency (in another state), sent this to me. LOL!

"A warden stopped by to visit upland game bird supervisor. He wanted to check with our pheasant expert on a particularly tough question he had just responded to……

The warden had just fielded a phone call from a non-resident hunter. The non-resident said, “I just wanted to check to make sure I don’t do anything illegal…..is it correct that because I hunt with a 12 gauge side by side shotgun my pheasant limit is two and not three?” "

My response would probably be; "of course, and if you hunt with a single shot you can only have one!" LOL! :D

When I arrived at my partner's place yesterday morning (I typically out-shoot him), he asked if I got my ammo out of my truck. I said "Yup; fresh stuff, too . . . I reloaded a couple boxes of 20's last night. I cheated a bit tho . . . I put 2 pellets in each shell this time. Birds are bunched-up & had a feeling there might be a chance for a double today . . ."
