Postponement

Due to weather and scheduling changes my son and I had to postpone our 1st pheasant hunting trip until next season.
Oh well, such is life.

Have had that happen a few times due to weather, one we left home and the Mackinac Bridge was closed due to a winter storm and high winds so we had to turn back home. We ended up going downstate for a phez farm as I had just bought my son his first O/U and he was itching to try it out. I can be frustrating, we have canceled late season hunts in SD because of weather, I don't mind hunting in it once i'm there but driving 16+ hours in winter storms is not my idea of fun. Now we just decide we are hunting and have our rankings of where to go depending on weather.
