So the wife was out of town for the weekend and I decided to clean out the freezer. I had a couple pheasants and grabbed a recipe off the site. Turned out great! Trying to cut cards so switched green beans instead of rice..

What a great kooking meal! You're quite a cook. Coincidentally, I've got a wild turkey breast slow roasting in the oven right now destined for the crock pot where it will meet up with broth, onions, carrots, celery, and noodles.
