Anyone get out opening weekend? Hunted Friday with low expectations but after seeing 2 coveys on the road thought I might actually get into birds. Had a great hunt saw 5 big coveys and a few pheasants on the day not counting the 2 coveys on the road. A lot better than the last few opening days for me. Hunted north central Haven’t hunted Missouri much after opening weekend the last few years but will this year.
