Opening Pheasant Weekend Suggestions??Anyone??

Hello fellow pheasant hunters,

My father, myself, a good friend, his girl, and his wire hair are looking for a good spot for opening weekend. I am sure that there will be many fields that look like a Bronco game. Would anyone else like to hunt with us? Anyone have good private access and want to invite us? Any suggestions would be much appreciated and all who want to meet up and join are welcome.

Thanks to all you assisted me and my family with Walk-In Access spots late last year, they were just Awesome!!! Saw about 200 birds in one of the spots, best pheasant hunting season in Colorado ever.
 
Lol........... I would suggest going back to the Walkin Spots you found last year!! 200 birds, wow.... I would take that! :thumbsup:
 
I am sure most people on here would just love to get invited along on a private land hunt. I know I would :D I will be hitting my favorite WIA and just hope for the best as far as the crowds. I do have a few spots that no one seems to pay much attention to. I have had good luck in them. My plan is to make sure I have a full tank of gas and be ready to move....
 
Go Duck hunting and wait for the opener crowd to go away. I always start my season the Friday after the opener and never fight with crowds

No joke - I hear you there. Early season like this look to the big open water and ponds. We were out on the Platte last weekend and nothing was flying in the area. Unfortunately, if I knew where that open water was - I'd be out in it rather than in here typing about it;)
