Bought two boxes of Fiocchi Golden Pheasants last night, 1 3/8 of 5's at the higher speed, 1485fps? or whatever it is. The beginning is in sight.

Going to have to try the new pup on local quail here in Missouri until then, tough spot to be in.

If you want shells thatll put'em down go to walmart and get the pheasant forever federal 5's 1-1/4oz, 1500fps. awesome shells, i love'em. only $12 a box. They are the only shells i use now at a very fair price

I love the Golden Pheasant GPS 1485fps been using them for three years now I bought a case of them 2 years ago at $15 a box I bought some more last week and I had to pay $18. It's a smoking hot load.
 
just curious has anyone tried the federal prairie storm shells they look devastating. I have looked all over for a box and cant find them anywhere.
 
Check some of the gun shops, of course there's Cabelas also! You should find someone who sells them.

i went to Cabelas they said they didnt have any in stock and i could only order a case at a time. oh well, guess i will stick with the golden pheasants this year.

rogers sporting goods has them on i35 up by kearney
