Oak Tree Farms (Clark, SD)?

Anyone ever get the chance to hunt up there? I was driving around road hunting up that way a few weekends ago and couldn't help but notice this beautiful piece of pheasant habitat. Looks very expensive, but well worth it.

Honestly, it's ridiculously easy within a three mile radius of the place. Plus, lots of ducks and geese in the area, too. Or at least there were the last time I was up that way.
