I have a couple of friends coming up from Tennessee to hunt on November 5th. Any recommendations on an outfitter in Northern Polk, Dallas, Boone, Greene, Story or Marshall counties?
 
Are you looking at hunting a preserve or wild birds? There are some preserves around the Des Moines area. There are waterfowl outfitters around there.
 
Good question. I found several outfitters online that have preserve land. These two guys want to get access to farmland (wild birds) and need a guide and two dogs. I have found what they want south of Mahaska county but am concerned with all the flooding/rain the hunting will be very bad.
