This one is really simple. I bought some Kickin Chicken seasoning by Weber at Sam's Club. I think you can pick any seasoning or rub you like. Take a meat hammer and pound the breast flat, apply seasoning and grill. It doesn't take very long to cook on the grill. One night we ate to just one a plate as is, one night we made sandwiches with mayo/mustard, cheese, and lettuce and one night I cut it in pieces and added it to a salad. It was great everytime and EASY! :cheers:
