With SCOTUS's decision today declining to review two lower court 2nd Amendment decisions, we can infer that:
1. SCOTUS thinks it's OK for the federal government to prohibit hand gun sales to those under 21 (long gun sales to 18 - 20 year olds allowed); and
2. SCOTUS thinks it's OK for a state to prohibit the public carrying of a hand gun by anyone under 21.
