Today I took my labs for a walk down the road and in the ditch was a freshly killed duck. My labs went up to it, smelled it and walked away wanting nothing to do with it. They always want to bring me dead pheasants to hand even ones that are not freshly killed and they find just laying there. In celebration of this event I am going to dock their tails.
