Brush area
I have been out to the prarie ponds and the wia's south of Brush, north of Woodrow lately. Bird count has been good but the hunting has been tough. Its still worth the trip. The SWA at the ponds is a sign in so plan on lines or getting there before 3a to get a spot...the WIA's are good, some days you have them to yourself, other days not.
I plan on hunting these areas Xmas day all through the next week. If I hit the mother load....well, get a bird or two...will let you know.
