Craigslist usually has a posting or two.
A buddy of mine has some for sale. Last year, we used them for the walking trials. He's closer to Manhattan, reasonable prices. Shoot me a PM if you would like his number.
There is a guy around Junction that knows more about quail then I have ever seen in a person. And his birds reflect it. He's a bit pricier. I'd have to do some digging for his number though.
