I have been hunting SW North Dakota for a couple years now and have decided this is the pheasant capital of the US. Not only lot's of birds, and enough public access, but few other hunters.
I am from Alaska and have been traveling to the midwest states for 6 straight years in search of the perfect pheasant area. I have now narrowed it down to a specific spot and have been activly searching for a small farmstead to purchase.
I'm looking for any interested parties who would be interested in a partnership in such a purchase. I was planning on spending up to $140,000 of my own money. If I had a partner I think I could spend a lot less, maybe half that and still get a nice place. I would only be interested in using the place in the months of October and November.
I also might be looking for someone to hunt with. I travel down there with my wife and two dogs and although my wife does hunt she is not able to keep up with me.
If any of this of interest to you let's talk.
