I have a 1970's mobile home on a city lot in Miller SD for sale (or rent). It has 3 bdrms and 1.5 bths. Roof isn't leaking in the trailer, but some drips in the entryway. The floor is solid and it is all cleaned out and ready to go. The appliances are there, but old. There may need to be some work done on the plumbing. I also have brother who owns 7k acres of farm land that he charges a very reasonable price to hunt.
I also have a 1900's vacant home that we use 2nd weekend only. It is fully furnished and in working order. It can be rented as well.
