I recently bought 3 of these manual toe tip bird release's for training. I had a Lion Country coupon and decided to use it. These are similar to a product sold by Gun Dog Supply. Both work well. The LC version is 3 1/2 inches longer and a bit wider and taller. The wire on the LCS release is welded to the frame. The wire on the GDS release is attached to the frame with wire rings. I did not find a lot of information available on these products before buying, so I thought I would provide some feedback for those considering in the future. .
They are a well made product. The welds and paint job on the 3 I received are excellent and they should provide years of use.
