Hunted 4 days near Faulton / Cresbard.
Hunted private ground all wild birds.
Our group shot 96 roosters.
A few thoughts. Birds were up a little from last year.
Corn still up as was a few bean fields.
Lots of young birds and some could barely fly.
My SM Caught a young rooster in the standing corn.
Most challenging day was Wednesday as winds were 40-50 mph.
We limited out as we pushed into wind and shot birds as they came back over the top. A great trip, great company and great dog work.
Already looking forward to next year.
