Kiowa county

Has anyone hunted this part of the state. I was thinking of going there next week and hoped to find some quail. Any help is greatly appreciated.
 
I hunt a couple of counties N of Kiowa and the quail numbers are okay. I'm sure they're much better in Kiowa county than they are in Pawnee. I've heard good things about the pheasant population down that way. I'm not sure which side of Greensburg you plan to hunt on, but you should get into a few birds anyway, and you actually have a good chance for a good hunt from what I've heard.
