Kingman area reports

Has anyone hunted SC near Kingman/Reno County this year? I have been invited on a trip this Saturday in the area and I was wondering if any of you could tell me how the birds (pheasants and/or quail) did in that area this year.

I've hunted in that area a couple times this year and did well. We hunted on private land and got into pheasant and even a few quail here and there. Not sure what the public/walk-in land is like in that area being so close to Wichita.
