Keeping pen raised quail/pheasant.

Does anyone keep quail or pheasant in a pen are large shed? The guy a buy quail from keeps them in a large chicken house, they fly great.
 
I was thinking about trying this next year. The place I talked to will give a large discount for 100 birds at a time, i think it was down under $3 each
 
I have a friend who raises his own quail. He has an old tool shed that is about 20x40. He has half of it netted off and keeps the quail in there. Keeps them out of the weather and keeps critters away
