Kansas Corp Of Engineers Lake Maps

So I do a decent amount of hunting on Public land around the reservoirs in Kansas. Figuring out exactly where is and is not public is always a bit challenging. Opening the Corp maps on my phone or Ipad is always tricky because the 3/4G is usually poor. So today I finally decided to do something about it. I downloaded all the Corp Lake Maps in KS that I could find. Then compiled them into 1 PDF file. Now I can just download the File onto my Iphone and look at the maps wherever I am at no matter how bad the 3/4G.

Also finding the maps on the Corp Website is a bit of a hassle.

Anyway. If any of you would like to benefit from my evening of work PM me and I can email the file to you. Its over the limit for UPH to upload

Ok so to make it even easier for those of you who are not all the tech savy (myself included). I turned them into JPG's and uploaded them to Photobucket. You should be able to go on your smart phone or tablet click the above link and see the pictures of the maps. Just save the maps you want onto your phone or tablet and then you will have them whenever you need them.

Good for you. I've struggled with the KDWP maps and the COE ones too. It's almost like they're purposely making it hard to figure out where the public hunting areas are.

I hear you on that. I've got some of the older maps stashed away somewhere. I need to dig them out. Paper is good.

That is awesome! I will have to take advantage of that.
I'm not sure how reliable it will be yet as I have only had it out one time but the garmin astro I just got shows the public land areas in a different shade of color. I was next to a local state fishing lake and noticed it while playing around. I found a spot that I wouldn't have known was public hunting if not for the garmin.
