As you people know TV full of Ads trying to get you to buy stuff. Well after watching the one for six pack abs I said what the hell is so great about six pack abs. I would think I got them beat all to heck I passed right by 6/12/24 pack abs and went right to KEG AB and didn't have to spend a dime. I think its time I make a fitness video I wonder what I should call it?

Six pack abs, CC, Are kidding me, I dont know how old you are, but I turned 50 yesterday. I gave up on 6 pack abs, about 90 six pack ago. :cheers:
