I'm not sure if that's the correct name, but the only thing I've ever heard it called. The thick green grass or stalks that are impossible to walk through without making a ton of noise. Anyway, I was just wondering what everyones experience hunting snake grass is? I haven't flushed many birds out of this stuff and I'm not sure if it's because they simply aren't in the grass, or they are just running circles around my dog and I. We haven't had any snow where I am at yet this year so maybe they only hold up in this type of cover when it is really bad conditions? Just curious if these are good areas to concentrate on finding birds, and what everyone else's experience were hunting snake grass.
