Flush 'Em Hard Rocky

Hello! So other than the obvious locations like SD, etc. is there another place to hunt that has good bird numbers and isn't trampled like SD is?

Rural Iowa. Find the areas in any state that is farthest away from towns and hunt the middle.

KS probably isn't the best bet. KS had more and more hunters each year. Especially this year they seemed to be everywhere. Even on the last day of season, I saw nearly as many pheasant hunters as I saw on the opener (though the group sizes were smaller). There are some spots in KS that don't get as much attention......I try new spots out each year hoping to find one of them
