hunting info

We are planning a trip to the fort dodge area over Thanksgiving. Just wondering if anyone has some insight on the hunting in that area for partridge and of course pheasant. Have some relatives in that area saying there are quite a few partridge around. Dont see much on here about partridge so thought i would throw that out and see. Would love to have some private land to hunt......Any Ideas
 
I'm sure most reading your post assumes you're familiar with Brushy Creek?? I scouted it this year a bit but haven't taking the time to hunt it. It looks like it would be a fantastic place to hunt. Like most public ground, just be prepared to log some miles and I can't imagine that place not holding birds. Good luck!
