Hows hunting in January?

Couple of questions, How has the hunting been in January? We have been thinking of planning a trip wondering if it would be worth it. Also has anyone herd if people are pretty good to give permission to hunt private land and if they charge trespass fee. Thinking of going up around the Yuma area wondering if anyone knew if the campground would still be open to camping if we pulled our camp trailer over. Any info would be great. Thanks.

Late season can be really good. We moved enough birds this weekend to satisfy everyone. Could of shot much better for sure. Biggest thing now is we need some snow. Long range forecasts are not showing anything for 60 days. Bird season will be over. Just have to wait and see. Good Luck!!!!

Agreed, we need some snow and colder weather. As far as the long range forecast, it might turn out to be right but I wouldn't place too much stock in these beyond 1-2 weeks out....
