I don't think so and I know that the fishing on Francis Case is very good as I spent 5 days in Platte and all the fishermen I talked to had good luck. They are advising boaters to be very careful as the near record high waters can be dangerous. Oh and there is no boating in the down stream areas of the dams in SD. Normal discharge for OHAE making power in the summer is about 28,000 cubic feet per second (CFS) and is now 100,000 CFS and will go to 150,000 CFS and hold there for up to 2 months.
