Here is a good way to clean bluegills.

Thanks! I've never been fond of filleting those little rascals; I'll give this a try next spring.
 
That is how I fillet fish, only lots faster. :)

All fish, fresh water that is, So much faster and less messy the getting into the guts. :cheers:
