The Lions Club of a little Nebraska town asked area farmers to enroll their land in a walk-in program and then the club charges a reasonable fee for a season-long pass to hunt the enrolled land. The hunter gets a vehicle window sign, a map showing the enrolled plots, and an ID. What a great idea for a state that has comparatively little public hunting acreage.
