Stopped by Guy & Mae's Tavern in Williamsburg on my way to KC on Saturday and picked up a couple racks of ribs for Sunday lunch. They were very good and the BBQ sauce was to my liking. I will give them another try one of these days when I can eat there.

I do like Arthur Bryant's. Just don't get there much.

Williamsburg has Good Q

I pass Williamsburg from time to time and always try to stop in for the bar-b-q. It's a well known place in eastern Kansas.

If you're going to the original Bryant's in downtown KCMO you might want to make sure to keep your shotgun close by or go before the sun goes down.
