Funding for WI

I saw that a week or so ago. How does a person look back on this to see what the funds were really spent on in 2015? Nice chunk of change though. I hope its spent wisely.

I'm not sure on that one. Maybe someone else has the answer.

Kind of off subject, but by chance have you seen anything regarding IL's share of these type funds? All I found was questionable use of the funds from a few years back--nothing for 2015:confused:
