Footage: Said hello to a rattlesnake while scouting for scaled quail

What was that pool like thing at the end? You'll have to excuse my ignorance.. I've never hunted that type of environment and have never seen anything like that.
 
It was a cattle trough. they pump water into it from a well. There are a lot of them on the national grasslands. Thanks for watching!
