First NY Public Land Bird

Went for a walk in one of the upstate NY Pheasant release areas yesterday. I was very impressed in both the cover and the way the birds reacted. We bumped a few birds before I had a chance to take a clean shot. Attached is a pic of the days harvest. Hopefully we can work on getting more of a bird population up here in NY.
