I have one Filson Tin Field Coat w/ Zipper size medium for sale (Style 633). This coat is new with tags. I am 5-10 180# and the jacket fits great. The jacket is very similar to the current tin cloth field coat with zipper (Style 10088):

The coat includes the following features:
-12.5 oz. oil finish tin cloth outer.
-8 oz. dry finish shelter cloth lining.
-24 oz. mackinaw wool lining on collar and hand warmer pockets.
-Includes heavy duty brass ykk two-way zipper and four button storm flap.
-Pleated action back.
-Lower bellow pockets with 6 shell holders each.
-Front and side loading game bag.
-Right shoulder accept recoil pad (different than current version, no star burst).
-Jacket accepts Filson zip-in liners (current version does not accept zip-in liners).
-Dog transmitter and antenna webbing loops sewn to jacket.
-Adjustable snap cuffs.
-Made in USA.
Measurements:
-Arm pit to arm pit is 25.5" (51" chest).
-Sweep is 51"
-Back length is 27.25"
-Sleeve length is 33.75"
