Only two nice females left. Sire's "Sire, GS, GGS, GGGS", 4 generations in row have won a National Licensed Field trial. There is several NFC dogs on the Dam's side as well. Plus too many AFC's FC's and CFC's to mention. Should be some level headed dogs from some special lineage.

Just a comment: I really like the canine health testing done on these pups parents. And the field performance proofs attested by the field titles in that pedigree too. Good stuff. This is definately "the way to do it".:10sign:

I had asked a question re health testing on another litter from a different breed listed on here some time ago. The "puppy producer" had no idea what OFA was, this in a breed where CHD runs rampant.:(

Caveat Emptor.

As a breeder I want to produce the healthiest dog I can. PRA and PFK for example are DNA tests that if found clear for the gene My stud dog can not pass that on to any offspring. When I had him tested for progressive retinal atrophy, "PRA", he was one of only 20% found clear, the rest were carriers or affected. He can be safely bred to a dog with any score. It would be nice if there was DNA testing for everything. It would be allot easier. Most if not all breeds will have some tests that should be done.

I bought my pup Gus from Ken a short time ago. Gus has same stud and a different dam. GREAT DOG! He is showing excellent promise, easily trained, and a super nose with a soft delivery.

At 5 months he is hupping on command or whistle, starting to quarter very well, retreiving like a maniac from heavy cover and water, and has a good knowledge of "down" and "stay" though he still has the puppy creeps on those commands.

I did not know Ken before I bought this dog but I did my research on him and his line and I am not unhappy. Great guy to do business with!
